Feels so great to be feeling good again! Did race-prep workout of 8 x 400 in 82-85 with 400 jogs in between, then 1 mile @ 5:37. Stayed relaxed, felt great, legs didn’t feel heavy. Soooooo much better than last week! I am so happy!
